Hi I’m Adele, an Italian girl passionate of cooking and travelling. I have a bachelor in Business Administration and I have finished the master in Strategy and Organization.
Since I am a child I have always helped my aunts and grandmas cooking and I enjoy doing it. Moreover, few years ago my parents opened a restaurant and I have spent many Fridays and Saturdays helping them in the kitchen. Over the years, I have experimented many different dishes and after having collected thousands of recipes I have decided to start a blog to share them.
Most of the recipes have at the basis an original Italian recipe, but as I said before I like experimenting. Therefore, I always come up with a modify version of the original recipe.
