About Me

Hi, I’m Adele. I’m originally from Italy and passionate about cooking and traveling. I studied Business Administration and later completed a Master’s in Strategy and Organization. After living in different countries across Europe, I’m now based in Switzerland, where I work and continue exploring new recipes.

Cooking has always been part of my life. Since I was a child, I’ve enjoyed helping my grandmothers and aunts in the kitchen. A few years ago, my parents opened a restaurant, and I spent many weekends helping them prepare food. Over time, I’ve tried many different dishes, and after collecting thousands of recipes, I decided to start this blog to share them.

Most of my recipes are inspired by traditional Italian cooking, but I like to experiment and often create my own versions. A couple of years ago, I found out I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, so I began adapting recipes to fit my needs—using gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients without giving up taste.
