Almond Biscuits

An alternative to other gluten free biscuits

Looking for a delightful and healthy treat? These almond and apple sauce biscuits are the perfect combination of nutty and fruity flavours. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, you can enjoy them with a cup of tea or as a quick snack on the go!


Ingredients for 12 pieces

  • 150 gr almond flour
  • 110 gr apple sauce

Process:

  1. Start by mixing all the ingredients together until well combined. Image 1&2
  2. Next, form small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. For this step you can use a spoon to form the balls and a small spatula to remove the dough from the spoon. Image 3 & 4
  3. To give them a nice shape, press each ball gently with a fork.
  4. Finally, bake the almond biscuits at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Variants:
