Blueberry Bliss: A Three-Ingredient Treat

Whether you’re looking for a gluten-free delight, a lactose-free indulgence, or just a wholesome treat to pair with your afternoon tea, these almond-yogurt blueberry bites are the answer. With just three ingredients and minimal prep, they’re perfect for busy weekdays or spontaneous cravings.


Ingredients

  • 140 gr almond flour
  • 100 gr lactose-free yogurt
  • 120 gr fresh blueberries

Process:

  1. Combine the almond flour and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Use a fork or spoon to stir until you achieve a smooth, slightly thick batter. Image 1 & 2
  2. Add the blueberries to the mixture. Gently mix them in until evenly distributed, being careful not to crush them. Image 3
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into small balls. Image 4
  4. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F), or pop them into an air fryer for a quicker, crispier finish. Enjoy them when they are still slightly warm! Image 5
