Apple pie

A soft and creamy apple pie

Are you a fan of apple cakes? You will find this recipe very soft and creamy with lots of apples.


  • 75 gr flour
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 5-6 apples
  • 50 gr of Walnut filling/powder


  1. Start by whisking the eggs with the sugar and the baking powder in a regular bowl (either made out of plastic or glass). You can use an electronic mixer or a manual whisk.
  2. Now add the flour, the lemon juice and lemon zest, and the walnut powder. Whisk and mix everything together until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
  3. As a next steps, peel the apples and cut them in thin slices Image 1. Add them in the creamy mixture and stir carefully with a fork or with a manual whisk for not breaking the apples Image 2.
  4. Pour the mixture in the baking shape Image 3 and bake it at 160° for 45-50 minutes until the top part reaches a gold colour Image 4. Then your pie will be ready to be serve Image5.


  • Instead of walnuts powder you could use any other nut filling such as hazelnuts or almonds.
  • You can also add some spices as for example cinnamon or nutmeg. This will render the pie even more tasteful.
