Banana Coconut cookies

Two ingredients healthy cookies

Are you addicted to cookies but you are intolerant to gluten? Maybe this recipe will help you satisfy your taste for cookies while keeping an eye on the gluten consumption. This recipe is very fast and it can be done as a last minute dessert or for an afternoon tea.

Ingredients (10/12 pieces)

  • 120 gr banana (ripe)
  • 60 gr coconut rapé


  1. Mash the banana in the bowl with the fork until it reaches a creamy consistency Image 1.
  2. Add the coconut and mix until ingredients are blended together Image 2.
  3. Prepare the baking tray by placing a sheet of baking paper on it.
  4. Now you can prepare the cookies. Take one fork of mixture, place it on a baking tray and shape a round flat cookie - roughly 0,5 mm height. Continue until you shaped all cookies Image 3.
  5. Bake for 15 min at 180°. Let them rest for 30 min and then serve them Image 4.
