A Delicious Twist on a Classic Side
Looking for a healthy yet tasty side dish to complement your meal? These crispy air fryer carrot fries are just what you need! Perfect as a side with burgers, chicken, or any vegetarian protein, or even served with your favourite dipping sauces at an aperitif.
Ingredients 2/3 people
- 6 big carrots
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
Process:
- Start by washing the carrots thoroughly and trimming off the edges. Image 1 & 2
- Cut the carrots in half, then slice them into thick strips to resemble French fries.
- In a bowl, toss the carrot slices with oil, salt, and paprika until they’re evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned carrots in your air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, making sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking. Image 3

Variants:
- Feel free to experiment with different spices or herbs to make this recipe your own. Some inspiration could be: oregano, herbs du Provence or curry.
- In case you don’t have an air fryer, you can use the normal oven same temperature.
