Chestnuts marmalade cake
Being a fan of autumn means being a fan of chestnuts, at least for where I grew up. I love making any sort of food with them and here you can find an easy dessert which will take no longer than an hour to be ready.
Ingredients:
- 500 gr chestnut marmalade
- 3 eggs
- 150 gr dark chocolate
- 50 gr butter
Process:
- Start by whipping the eggs in a bowl and add the chestnut marmalade Image 1. Mix the two ingredients together until they become creamy and well blended Image 2.
- Put the dark chocolate and the butter in a pot and let them melt Image 3. After they melt, add the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything together. The consistency should be creamy.
- Put the mixture in a rectangular shaped baking tray and spread the mixture evenly with the help of a spatula Image 4.
- Bake it at 180° for 30 minutes. The cake will not reach a totally hard consistency and the heart of the cake will remain creamy Image 5.
