A Moist, Dairy-Free Treat with Deep Cocoa Flavor
This simple yet indulgent cake combines the richness of dark chocolate with the creaminess of lactose-free yogurt. Perfect for a cozy evening or a fuss-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 500gr yogurt lactose free
- 2 eggs
- 80gr cocoa powder
- 30gr honey
- 100gr dark chocolate bar
Process:
- Start by pouring in a bowl 500 g lactose-free yogurt, add 2 eggs and whisk until smooth. Image 2
- Add 30 g honey, and 80 g cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined. Image 3
- Chop 100 g dark chocolate into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Save some for decoration on top.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Grease or line your baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Add the remaining chopped chocolate. Image 4 & 5
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
