Egg Pizza

Another rather unusual variant of pizza, though it looks almost the same as a normal pizza. Instead of using flour for the dough, we are just using eggs. This makes the entire dish very low in calories.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 gr cheese (e.g. mozzarella)
  • 2 green onions
  • ham
  • tomato paste

The process:

  1. Break the eggs and put them in a bowl, whisk them and add a bit of salt and pepper.
  2. Put this mixture into a pan over medium heat.
  3. Let the egg mixture cook until the lower side is slightly brown (You can tell this by the brown edge that develops), and then flip the entire base (either by using a big spatula or by using a plate).
  4. Once you flipped the base, start spreading the tomato paste on it and put the rest of the ingredients on top.
  5. After a few minutes, the also the other side of the base should be done.
  6. Now transfer the entire pizza onto a plate and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C with heat from the top, so the cheese can nicely melt.


Variants for filling:

  • You can use whichever ingredient you like the most instead of ham and tomato.
