Gluten Free brownies

Gluten free brownies with a special ingredient

I am intolerant to gluten so I am always looking for recipes without it. I tried this brownies which are very juicy but not too soft as you would expect given the ingredients. If you are a chocolate lover you should definitely try to bake these brownies!


Ingredients for one person

  • 480 gr apple
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 gr cocoa powder
  • 1,5 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 60 gr brown sugar

Process:

  1. After gathering the necessary ingredients, peel the apples and put them in a bowl. Mix them in a puree with a mixer or a blender.
  2. Add the two eggs and whisk apple and eggs together.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder and brown sugar. Note that for this step you may need a sieve to pour the cocoa in the mixture to avoid lumps. Whisk all ingredients together.
  4. Pour the mixture in a round or rectangular shape (26*18)
  5. Bake at 180°C for 40 min.
  6. Let it cool down and then enjoy the gluten free brownies!
