A Simple Recipe for a Nutritious Loaf

Craving a healthy, gluten-free bread? This easy recipe combines red lentils, rice, and quinoa for a nutritious loaf. Soak, blend, and bake for a delicious homemade treat. Please note that you need to soak the ingredients for an entire night.


Ingredients 1 loaf

  • 150gr Red lentils
  • 130gr Rice
  • 220gr Quinoa
  • 4g Salt
  • 10g Backing powder
  • 250ml water

Process:

  1. Soak the lentils, rice and quinoa overnight.
  2. Wash and blend them with all ingredients plus 200ml of water.
  3. Adjust the water to achieve a creamy consistency.
  4. Line a rectangular baking shape with baking paper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the shape and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Let it cool down and enjoy your gluten-free bread!
