A Simple Recipe for a Nutritious Loaf
Craving a healthy, gluten-free bread? This easy recipe combines red lentils, rice, and quinoa for a nutritious loaf. Soak, blend, and bake for a delicious homemade treat. Please note that you need to soak the ingredients for an entire night.
Ingredients 1 loaf
- 150gr Red lentils
- 130gr Rice
- 220gr Quinoa
- 4g Salt
- 10g Backing powder
- 250ml water
Process:
- Soak the lentils, rice and quinoa overnight.
- Wash and blend them with all ingredients plus 200ml of water.
- Adjust the water to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Line a rectangular baking shape with baking paper.
- Pour the mixture into the shape and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Let it cool down and enjoy your gluten-free bread!
