High protein cottage cheese bread
Simple, nourishing, and packed with texture, this oat and seed bake is a practical choice for those seeking a protein-rich, fiber-filled addition to your daily routine.
Ingredients
- 200 gr Rolled oats
- 300 gr lactose free Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Eggs
Process:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: oats, seeds, salt, and baking powder. Image 1 and 2
- Add the eggs and cottage cheese to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Image 3 and 4
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin or baking dish. Image 5
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Image 6
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Best enjoyed warm—or cool the next day.
