Simple & Light Tart (Gluten & Lactose-Free)
This easy-to-make tart combines a crisp gluten-free base with a creamy yogurt and poppy seed (mohn) filling. It’s light, satisfying, and perfect for any time of day—from brunch to dessert.
Ingredients
Dough Base:
- 250 gr gluten-free flour
- 60 gr oil
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 8 gr baking powder
Filling:
- 300 gr natural lactose-free yogurt
- 1 pack of Mohn mixture (poppy seed)
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease your tart tin lightly. For greasing you can either use the spray or butter and crumbles.
- Prepare the dough base: In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the egg and oil, then knead or stir until a smooth dough forms. Image 2 to 5
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, combine the lactose-free yogurt with the mohn mixture until smooth. Image 6 and 7
- Assemble the tart: Remove a small part of dough to create crumbles once the tart is assembled. Press the remaining dough evenly into the base and sides of the tart tin. Then pour the filling over the dough and spread it evenly with a spatula. Image 8
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the filling is set. Image 9
Cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy as-is or with a dusting of icing sugar!
